Who is responsible

This website (eisen-arms.com) is run by Eisen Arms, a Nighthawk Ventures lore project, which is responsible for the processing of personal data described here (the "controller" under the EU General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR).

In short

• You can read this website without an account, and we do not ask you for any personal information.
• We do not use cookies, advertising or tracking across websites, and we do not sell or share data for marketing.
• Like every website, the services that deliver it see your IP address and basic technical information. This page explains which services those are and why.

Hosting

The website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. (USA). When you open a page, Cloudflare processes your IP address, the requested address, the time, your browser and operating system, and the referring website, to deliver the page and protect it against attacks. Cloudflare keeps such logs only for a short time.

Visitor statistics

We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics. It does not use cookies or similar storage and does not follow you across websites. It records which page was viewed, the referring website, the country, the type of device and the browser, and shows us totals only.

Fonts and code libraries

To display the website, your browser loads fonts from Google Fonts (Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC) and program code from the public services cdnjs (operated by Cloudflare) and jsDelivr. For this, your IP address is sent to these providers, who may process it outside the EU.

Content and images

Archive texts, team entries and uploaded images are stored with Supabase, Inc. and are loaded from its servers when you view them, which means Supabase processes your IP address.

Roblox numbers (players online, visits, group members) and team members' Roblox headshots are fetched by our server from Roblox. Your browser does not connect to Roblox for this, so Roblox does not receive your data.

Storage in your browser

The website saves a few settings in your browser's local storage: whether music is on or off, the map quality, and whether the intro was already shown. This information stays on your device, is not sent to us, and is only used to provide the features you use. You can delete it at any time in your browser settings.

Team members

The Studio page shows the names, roles, Roblox profile links and Roblox headshots of our team members, with their agreement. Team members can ask us at any time to change or remove their entry.

Discord

When we publish new content, our server posts a short announcement to our Discord server. This contains no data about visitors. If you follow a link to Discord, Roblox or another website, that website's own privacy policy applies.

How long we keep data

Technical logs at our providers are kept only for a short time. Visitor statistics are kept as totals. Content is kept for as long as it is needed for the website.

Your rights

You can ask us for access to, correction or deletion of your data, and object to its use. You can also complain to a data protection authority.

Changes

We update this policy when the website changes. The date below shows the latest version.
